Spiral fractures
Twisting break in the bone. It is a type of hairline fracture. Most commonly occurs in the femur.
Treatment
Bayer - two tablets for pain with cold tap water or juice.
Laip - half a teaspoon of turmeric powder, and 2 tablespoons of cold tap water. Mix it together with a teaspoon, forming a paste. Apply on the affected area with a cotton swab or a tissue paper.
