According to the latest issue of the American Journal of clinical nutrition, a Japanese study found that drinking two to three cups of green tea a day can reduce the risk of Alzheimer's disease by about half.

This new study specifically investigates the cognitive status of people over 70 years old. The results showed that 70% of people said they drank at least two to three cups of green tea a day, of which the prevalence of Alzheimer's was the lowest. On the contrary, those who drank one cup a day or none at all had Alzheimer's disease, about half as much as the former.
