Several keys to Corn Sheller maintenance
1. Before daily operations, the dust, stems and leaves and other attachments left by the corn combine harvester should be sorted out.
2. Check the connection of each component and tighten it if necessary. In particular, check the fastening of the blades of the destruction device, the scraper of the conveyor and the slats, and pay attention to the fixing of the wheels to the hub.
3. Check the severity of the V-belt, drive chain, feeding and conveyor chain. Adjust if necessary and replace when damaged.
4. Check whether there is leakage or lack of lubricating oil in the reduction box and enclosed gear transmission box.
5. Check if there is leakage or lack of hydraulic oil in the hydraulic system.
6. Timely arrange the Manual Fertilizer Seeder engine water tank, dust cover and air filter.
