working principle
When the fan extracts air from the powder collecting tank, strong negative pressure is generated in the tank, and the powder in the powder bag is sucked into the powder collecting tank along with the air through the powder suction tube. The filter in the powder collecting tank will effectively prevent dust and fine particles are drawn out with the air; in this process, the pressure accumulating tank next to the powder collecting tank is filled with air at a certain pressure. When the suction is completed, the air in the accumulating tank will be released in an instant pulse, which will affect the filter The filter performs back-blowing to blow off the material adsorbed on the filter element, so that the filter element can maintain a normal filtering area without affecting the output.
When the system starts to run, the unloader under the powder collecting tank starts to work and continuously drops the powder material. In order to prevent the powder accumulation in the tank from falling down, a high-frequency oscillator is installed under the tank to ensure the powder If the powder conveying capacity is not high, the intermittent blanking method can be used, and the gas jet is used to form a negative pressure. When the powder barrel is full of materials, the material level is controlled by the level gauge, and the material is automatically controlled. Stop suction, open the back-blowing airport, and open the pneumatic discharge valve to discharge the material. Finally, it is controlled by the level gauge at the lower end of the discharge port. When the material level is lower than the material level, the discharge port valve closes and starts suction again.
